The best comedy so far, of 2011, Horrible Bosses is based on employee-employer problems and it is acclaimed today due to the nature of the story. Most of the people normally don’t like their bosses and the whole story of the movie revolve around this line. Having R-Rating, the movie hold rude substance but overall the movie is completely an entertainer with some good performances. Not to tell the story, the Horrible Bosses is all about satisfying one’s fantasy about punishing their bosses in a harmless manner. The bosses were the worst nightmares of three friends and the direction of Seth Gordon gives more charm to the movie, plot and the situations.
The three friends are Nick, Bobby and Dale are all suffering from very bad situations when they have the most annoying and troublesome bosses to deal with. Nick (Jason Bateman) is the employee of Dave Harken (Kevin Spacey), Bobby reports to the corrupt person Bobby Pellitt (Collin Farrell) who is a curse to his family business and Dale (Charlie Day) is a dental assistant as the clinic of Dr Julia Harris (Jennifer Aniston) who tries to abuse his assistant. The story run along with these three friends and their decisions to get rid of their bosses and this puts the element of comedy in the movie. The movie is all about the unprofessionally trying to kill the bosses and getting in trouble and trouble with more comedy and crime mix.
Horrible Bosses is worth watching and a very good movie whereas, I believe that there are some weak areas which could be explored in a better way. The movie also explains the black mailing and unfair behavior or the corporate people with the employees in a comic manner. Above all other acting performance, I like the acting parts of Collin Farrell who has introduced himself in an entirely drastic manner this time in Horrible Bosses. Other performances were also good considering the performance of Jason Bateman especially. The comedy and crime acts were always supposed be have an interesting and charming effect on the audience and so Horrible Bosses has gained a lot of attention from the viewers.
